How do I cancel a service?

You can cancel or close your account at any time. To do so, contact us.

How are my costs calculated?

Each product and service you add to your account is assigned on a 30 day billing cycle. Except for “variable charges”, all of your services will be charge to your credit card on the 1st of every month for the prior months usage. All extensions and DID numbers are billed on the 51% ratio of being enabled through the month. If your service is active for 51% you will be charged for the whole months service. If it has been enabled for 50% or less for the month, you will not be charged for the service. Variable charges, such as calling charges or other incidentals will be charged every month on the 1st of the month for the previous month. There is no prorating and variable charges are non-refundable.

Can I be a reseller?

Does SIClytics offer phone support?
